Strano Kitchen is now taking reservations for Valentine's Day! Celebrate your love with a three course dinner including dessert for $65.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Valentine's Day Menu for Feb. 13th & 14th
5:00pm-10:30pm

Choice of one from each course and one dessert.

Course 1 

Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese- Roasted organic and local beets and mixed greens from tossed in a house made champagne vinaigrette with goat cheese, heirloom tomatoes and a sweet citrus coli. 

Rosemary Salad- Fresh organic arugula tossed in our house made pomegranate honey vinaigrette with house-candied walnuts, house marinated olives, and maple glazed bacon, seasoned tomatoes and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. 

Antipasta Medijool - Organic date stuffed with maple bacon, balsamic vinegar, and whipped blue cheese. 

 

Course 2 

Semolina Encrusted Salmon –-Salmon drizzled with a lemon and blood orange beurre blanc served with a creamy caramelized onion, mushroom and asparagus risotto and a side of sautéed fresh organic spinach. 

House Made Ravioli – Ravioli filled with a caramelized onion and eggplant pate topped with Strano’s traditional roasted tomato marinara and ricotta salata 

Wagru Ribeye- Wood grilled 10 oz. melt in your mouth Wagyu ribeye topped with our Jack Daniels infused bourbon cream sauce served with potato croquettes and asparagus.  

Sicilian Branzino- Wood grilled branzino finished with our herbed oil and fig balsamic reduction offered with our pan roasted potato and caramelized onion hash sautéed broccoli.

 

Dessert

Chocolate Delight-Freshly baked rich fudge brownie with caramel scented popcorn,  and house made candy brittle served with ice cold salted caramel gelato. 

Sicilian Special-Sweet cream filled strawberry dipped and sealed in milk chocolate served with luscious cold house made raspberry sorbet.
